SHRS Training Programs

System Human Resource Services offers a variety of training programs for a comprehensive learning experience. Employees can complete all courses offered in a track of study, or choose sessions individually to suit their professional and personal goals in these areas.

Sessions are free and offered virtually at this time. Registration is required. Course schedules and registration can be found under each course description below.

Training for Managers

Training for managers will be coming in 2021 - watch for a survey and more information after the New Year.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

These courses will initially be offered as part of a pilot program and then will be offered more broadly to all system offices employees. The purpose of the pilot program is to get valuable feedback from employees about the training programs so that System HR can better align the curriculum for a certificate program in 2021. The completion of pilot program courses will count toward the certificate program.

This track embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion as foundational to excellence.  We recognize as core to our guiding principles a responsibility to foster an open, welcoming environment where individuals of all backgrounds can collaboratively learn, work and serve.  As part of our pledge to proactively cultivate and sustain an environment that encourages a safe and robust exchange of viewpoints, these sessions support our commitment of developing and nurturing talent and achievement by supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion in our education, services, and administration.
