If you are having issues with the live application, you can reach us by any of the following methods.

Call

You can reach the Service Desk by calling (312) 996-4806 (from Chicago) or (217) 333-3102 (from Urbana-Champaign or Springfield).

Urbana users:  Please call your campus HR office at (217) 333-6747

Email

You can email us by filling out the HRFE Production Issue template and sending that to servicedeskaits@uillinois.edu which will automatically generate a ticket in the UniCenter Service Desk tool.

Urbana users:  Please email your campus HR office at ahr@illinois.edu

Online Request

You can fill out the HRFE Production Issue template and submit an online request and upload the template. This will automatically generate a ticket in the UniCenter Service Desk tool. 

Urbana users: Please do not complete the online request.  Instead, contact your campus HR office using the number or email address provided above.
