Banner Additions and Updates - University of Illinois at Springfield

  • Civil Service P-Class Additions and Updates -  Forms in progress; please email UIS HR for assistance
  • Request a New Academic Professional/Faculty P-Class - Use this form to request the activation of an AP or Faculty p-class; can also be used to request the activation of a new Student p-class (Please Note: faculty p-class additions require all-university approval, and will take longer to add to Banner because of this process)
  • Request a New Student (SA e-class) P-Class - Use this form to request the activation of a new Student (SA e-class only) p-class.
  • Request a Civil Service Rate Change - Use this form to request a civil service rate change and to request the update of affected p-classes (this can also be used to request the update of other table-based rates, like Student rates)
  • Update Existing Academic Professional/Faculty Service P-class - Use this form to request any update to an existing academic or faculty p-class; can also be used to request the update of a Student p-class (academic and faculty p-class updates will require all-university approval, and will take longer to update in Banner because of this process)
  • Higher Education Institution Record Configuration Request -  Use this form to request the addition of or change to an existing higher education institution record (these are added to Banner and feed into NESSIE and UI New Hire, among other systems). Domestic and international degree-granting institutions are eligible for addition.
