Human Resources systems projects can encompass changes to web applications (e.g. NESSIE, New Hire), changes to HR applications (e.g. HRFE, HireTouch), University reports, and system configuration. Changes that have an estimated effort greater than 250 hours, would require approval through the ITPC process.
All change requests require sponsorship from an appropriate University unit (Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, University Ethics, etc). Projects are reviewed and additional information is gathered as needed. Projects ae then scheduled according to priority and resource availability.
To submit a change request, please send an email to HR_Change_Request@uillinois.edu. Please include in the email:
- a description of the change needed
- the name of a contact to follow up on the request,
- a desired date to implement the change.
To submit a request for a system (Banner) configuration modification, please complete the HR/Pay Configuration Request Form. Email the completed form to email@example.com
